Pumpkin Chili

The cool crisp air, leaves are changing into a myriad of rainbow colors and the slow cooker is back on the counter!  Also, pumpkin everything. Now some things should not be pumpkin spiced, but cooking with actual pumpkin, now that’s delicious!  You could use whole pumpkin cubes instead of puree, just scoop the seeds out, cut into cubes and trim off the rind.
